As we come to the end of the financial year, it’s a great time to reflect on all that we’ve accomplished. We are grateful for our partners, clients and team members who have helped us reach the goals we set ourselves for the FY22 financial year. 

Every financial year, Outcomex gathers to celebrate the successes of the past year and to award employees who have gone above and beyond. We recognise those who have worked tirelessly to contribute to our company’s growth, and we present them with awards that reflect their hard work. 

This year was no different, as we gathered to honour employees who had made a significant impact on our organisation. It was inspiring to see everyone’s passion for their work, and it was clear that each individual had contributed in their own way towards making our company a success. We are grateful for everything they have done, and we look forward to seeing even more success in the years ahead! 

Our EOFY event was held at the Grounds of Alexandria, a venue known for its immaculate brunch and stunning scenery. After awards were given out, team celebrated the end of the year with a lovely lunch, and an afterparty held at Archie Brothers where the team got to indulge in some throwback arcade games, including Zoltar Speaks, DDR and NBA hoops. 

The end of the financial year is always a time to reflect on what has been achieved over the past 12 months. At our organisation, we have much to be proud of. We expanded our team and our snazzy offices, developed some new IoT products and even won two awards!

In the past year Outcomex has…

• Hired over 30 new people  
• Celebrated Adelaide’s 3rd birthday  
• Delivered 20,000 hours of service  
• Achieved a new record 169 clients with 14 new customers per month 
• Increased revenue bookings by 31.9% 
• Completed 373 projects 
• Opened 36,633  tickets 
• Developed a new maternity leave program that’s best on market for both the primary and secondary caregiver. 
• Expanded/Acquired Electronics Design and Injection Moulding businesses 
• Released 365mesh IOT platform 

Big wins

As for our awards, those who have dedicated themselves to Outcomex for 5 years received an R.M Williams bag, and every team MVP received a lustrous glass plaque, and many others receiving the prestigious Chairman’s Awards for a job well done. As for Outcomex’s awards, the Transportdeck team received an ARN Digital Transformation Award 2021 and we received the Cisco Innovation Challenge Global win for the second year in a row in 2021!

In(novation)ternet of things 

Our team at Farmdeck developed more sensors including livestock ear tags, electric fence monitoring and water monitoring. The future is bright for our company with so many new developments on the horizon! 

Where are we headed?

• We are going global with IoT and expanding to USA, Canada, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, India, Malaysia, UK and South Africa 
• New Premises for staging, research and innovation hub in Sydney 
• Moving into a new production and manufacturing facility in New Zealand
