Last week, Outcomex Melbourne commemorated its fifth-year anniversary accompanied by customers, vendors, and associates from the Outcomex Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney teams. This celebratory occasion involved food, drinks, and a whole lot of celebration!

Outcomex Southern Region Lead, Ben Blaschka says that the region’s strength lies in, “our dedication and focus to our core skill sets. Focusing on being a leading engineering business, driven by like-minded individuals.” 

Outcomex Melbourne has remained strong and persevered amid the COVID-19 pandemic when times were uncertain and rocky. From humble beginnings with only 3 staff members at the Melbourne office opening in 2017, to expansion with the Adelaide office opening in 2020, and both teams forming the now Southern Region office, the team has grown to more than 40 staff. 

Although the Melbourne team has always achieved monumental results, these results would not be possible without the support of our loyal customers and of course, our vendors. 

“All our customers and vendors have supported us so wonderfully. In a mutual investment from all sides, we can’t thank you all enough for being part of our journey over the last five years.” says Blaschka. 

Envisioning the future

The future of the Melbourne team looks promising. The Melbourne office has expanded and grows continually, welcoming new team members every month. Along with the staff expansion, our Melbourne office’s space will soon be expanding to a new office recently purchased by Outcomex. 

Ben feels that the Southern Region has been very fortunate to have a strong team of fantastic and experienced people who are proud of their achievements and look forward to the next five years. He claims that a reinvigorated focus will make the next five years even better than the last. Ben explains that his and Outcomex’s focus is on “a continued pursuit of finding and fostering the best talent in the local marketplace. Expanding on our offerings as our clients lead us in what they need to be better. Then delivering fantastic customer outcomes.”  

Outcomex Melbourne is evidence that with hard work and determination to strive for success no matter the circumstance will eventually lead to remarkable results, and of course build a strong sense of camaraderie among fellow teammates along the way to help get through such difficult times.
